Extension points in `org.dita.validate`

The org.dita.validate plug-in provides extension points to modify the validation routines that run with the dita validate subcommand.

depend.validate: Defines an Ant target to run with the dita validate subcommand after pre-processing.

`t`	Open the topic finder to filter the list of topic titles
`s`	Use the search field to find text in topic content
`?`	Show this list of keyboard shortcuts
`ESC`	Close this dialog
